She/Her
"I have been practicing in the field of social work for over ten years, with extensive experience supporting families through trauma and grief as a Birth Center and NICU social worker. Since 2021, I have worked in private mental health practice and am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C).
My clinical focus includes Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, birth trauma, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, infant loss, and TFMR. I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention, to provide individualized, compassionate care.
My own lived experience with fertility challenges and a brief NICU stay deepens my empathy and understanding of the families I support. I live in Spokane with my husband, daughter, and our two dogs. Outside of my practice, I teach as an adjunct professor in the School of Social Work at Eastern Washington University and enjoy coaching youth sports."
